I'm Anu — Indore's first dedicated professional home organizer. What started as a natural instinct to create order out of chaos has become my life's work. I've spent years organizing homes for family and friends across Indore — from Vijay Nagar and Scheme 54 to Nipania, Bypass Road and the Super Corridor — and watching their faces when they see a transformed space never gets old.

Before this, I spent 7 years at GroupM as a strategic planner, and another 7 years building digital experiences for clients across India and abroad. I understand how people think, how spaces work, and how to communicate clearly — and I bring all of that into every organizing project here in Indore.

For me, this isn't a cleaning service. It's about creating breathing room in your life — so you spend less time searching, less time stressed, and more time living.

The Story

Where it all began.

Mother's Day, 2022 · Bhopal

It was Mother's Day, 2022. I'd come home to Bhopal to visit my parents. That evening I was sitting with her in her room as she searched for something — and that's when I noticed her wardrobe. Full. Messy.

It wasn't just clothes. Documents, bedsheets, shoes — everything packed into one single wardrobe. All stacked into a quiet kind of chaos. She always said she'd organise it later. She never had the time.

It took me three or four hours. While I was arranging it, she said, "why are you doing all this — you came here to relax." I told her, "because it makes me happy. And I want to help. It's my Mother's Day gift to you."

And in that moment, something shifted. I thought of most women I knew across India — running homes, raising children, holding everything together — whose wardrobes had become quiet evidence of how much they were carrying.

I realised I didn't want to just organise wardrobes. I wanted to build systems women could actually maintain — so they wouldn't be doing this all over again in fifteen days.

That's how Organize with Anu started. Not as a business. As an act of love.

Kids Wardrobe — Scheme No. 140

July 2025 · 6 hours

The center wardrobe of a 3-section unit, shared by two kids. The challenge wasn't tidying — the client could do that. It was building a system that holds: separate shelves for each child, labeled bins for every category, file-folding so nothing collapses. Stays organized until the next seasonal swap.

Personal project · Wardrobe overhaul

A men's formal wardrobe that needed structure, not just sorting. Added vertical stacking units to maximise shelf depth, file-folded every item so nothing buries anything else, color-sequenced hangers for instant outfit decisions, and dedicated a labelled bin for non-clothing items.

Personal project · Entryway zone

A high-traffic surface that collects everything: school bags, medicines, accessories, daily-use items. Created zones using shallow trays — one for medicines, one for grooming essentials, one for valuables — so the surface stays usable and items go back to their place automatically.

Kitchen Transformation — Tulsi Nagar

May 2026 · Full kitchen

A busy working professional's kitchen where everything had a place — just not a system. I emptied every cabinet, grouped contents by how the kitchen is actually used day to day, then decanted dry goods into a matched jar set with bilingual labels so anything — the haldi, the noodles — is findable at a glance. Baskets zone the dals, rice and masalas; spice carousels keep daily-use bottles within arm's reach of the stove; the counter stays clear. Built to hold — and handed over with a guide to keep it that way.
